Line Managers & HR Advisory Workshop - Menopause health, its effects, and workplace

Menopause can affect sleep, focus and confidence at work, and many colleagues still manage it quietly. As a line manager or someone in HR, you’re often the person they turn to first. With the right knowledge, you can make that conversation feel safe and useful.

This is a practical 60-minute session with an expert executive menopause coach from the Kathryn Colas Menopause Academy. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, plus simple, non-medical ways to support colleagues' day to day, including a Menopause Support Plan and more!

The Academy was founded by Kathryn Colas, author and founder of SimplyHormones, and the first lay person appointed to the medical advisory committee of the British Menopause Society. Her team delivers accredited, evidence-based training trusted by organisations across the UK.

In this session, you’ll:

  • Get clarity on how each stage can show up at work
  • Pick up practical tools you can use straight away
  • Build confidence to support colleagues, including where menopause and neurodiversity overlap!

A small investment of time, and a real difference for the people you support.
